Information Systems Technology
MayaTech's Information Systems Technology Applications (ISTA) staff develops and applies new and emerging technologies to enhance operations and reduce long-term costs for our government clients. Our technology solutions include the following:
Data Management Design and Development
We develop data collection instruments in collaboration with our survey methodologists, collect data through multiple modalities, clean and convert data, and export data to various formats for analysis and reporting. While the majority of our projects are developed in SQL Server, our staff is also skilled in Oracle.
Software Application Development
We conceptualize and provide a number of cost-effective solutions for Web-based applications. These applications are primarily designed to manage large, complex data sets and employ industry standards for software life cycle development. Our applications are tailored to meet rigorous client technical specifications and to facilitate the end user's ability to provide and/or access information.
Training and Support
With the end user in mind, we develop training sessions, instructional materials, and user documentation to provide all levels of user support. Simplicity, accuracy, and the fulfillment of performance-oriented objectives are our guiding principles. We develop highly successful user manuals and deliver training in individual, classroom, and Web-based formats.
