Conference Management
Conference Technologies International (CTI), MayaTech's meetings, logistics, and administrative services group, offers a "one-stop shop" for comprehensive meeting and conference management and support services. Our 20 years of service to government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and private-sector clients has included large, week-long symposia, Web conferences, international training workshops on three continents and in the Caribbean basin, national award ceremonies and recognition events, Federal peer review panel meetings, technical assistance and training conferences for Federal grantees and community-based organizations, focus groups, and numerous expert panels and workgroups.
CTI staff includes professional, certified meeting planners with the training and experience necessary to ensure the highest level of management service in start-to-finish meeting planning, implementation, and closeout. The staff recognizes that meeting success lies in expert planning, flawless operation, and thorough post-event followup.
