Three participants per grant were asked to attend this meeting. They included:
- The project director
- The evaluator
- One additional clinical staff member
Attendance by additional project staff was permissible; however grant funds could only be used to support three persons.

Meeting Highlights
This meeting offered participants opportunities for collaboration, networking, and coalition building. Grantees had the opportunity to work intragroup and intergroup to share processes, hits, misses, and future strategies.
