The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) issued an Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracting vehicle to facilitate the production of focused, high-priority, short-term evaluation studies, evaluation and information syntheses, policy and environmental assessments, and performance measurement tools and systems in support of its various Divisions.
MayaTech’s service offerings for HRSA’s Short-Term Assistance in Evaluation and Analysis—Category I under this contract vehicle include:
- Evaluating the effectiveness of HRSA-supported programs and activities.
- Manipulating secondary data sources to assist with program assessment and evaluation.
- Using the MayaTech STEPS Evaluation Framework, to create customized instruments that reflect HRSA’s broader evaluative frameworks while addressing terminology, issues and measures for a specific topical or program area.
- Providing comprehensive Community Systems Analyses (CSA)
- Analyzing current and emerging health policy and legislation that may affect HRSA’s priorities and inform program areas.
- Developing and refining performance management and measurement systems that capture evaluation needs at both the agency and program levels.

Contract Period: April 17, 2006 through April 16, 2011.
Task Order Ceiling: $2 million. Typical task orders will have estimated values between $150,000 and $500,000.
